TPACK Model for Teachers Development

 TPACK is a technology integration framework that identifies 3 types of knowledge instructors needs to combine for successful edtech integration-technological, pedagogical and content knowledge.(Rodger, 2018).TPACK model suggest that teachers need to know about the intersection of technology, pedagogy and content, specifically how these areas of knowledge interact and influence one another in unique and specific content. The TPACK framework was firstly developed by Shulman(1986) and further expanded by Punya Mishra and Matthew J. Koehler of Michigan State University in 2006. With it, they identified 3 primary forms of knowledge. Online Learning Community

 A social revolution is occuring in the way information is shared, knowledge is generated and innovation takes place over the internet and there is renewed interest in the social concept of community to support online learning(Holmes, 2013). An online learning community is a public or private destination on the internet that addresses its members' learning needs by peer to peer learning. In online learning community, people share knowledge via textual discussion, audio, videos or other internet supported media. Online learning communities are comprised of people brought together with a definite purpose, generally for the completion of a course/program which involves interaction, collaboration and social construction of knowledge and meaning. Analysis Vs Design Analysis is defined as the process that are carried out before the construction of any building. It simply refers to the phenomena of understanding about the load that the building or any other structure should sustain. Also it is the calculation of member force that a single member of any structure resist. Design refers to the post process after analysis of certain building is carried out. What size of beam and column should be casted  simply depends upon the analysis data.
